Fee schedule
Portland Neuropsychology Consulting, LLC provides forensic neuropsychological evaluation, consultation, record review, deposition, and expert witness services. This fee schedule is provided for attorney and referral planning purposes. Services begin only after review of the case details and completion of a signed financial agreement.

| Deposition retainer, two-hour minimum | $1,500 |
| Half-day courtroom testimony retainer, four hours | $2,000 |
| Full-day courtroom testimony retainer, eight hours | $3,500 |
| Additional deposition or testimony time beyond the minimum | $300 per hour |
| Cancellation of forensic neuropsychological evaluation with less than one week(five business days) notice | Forfeiture of evaluation retainer |
| Cancellation of deposition or testimony with less than one week(five business days) notice | Forfeiture of applicable retainer |
| Travel outside the Portland metropolitan area | $300 per hour plus travel expenses |
No testing appointments are confirmed until the evaluation retainer has been received. Retainers secure availability and represent minimum fees. Outstanding balances are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Additional payment, scheduling, cancellation, travel, and professional practice terms are addressed in the signed financial agreement.
